Joint Stiffness

Restricted movement can drastically decrease mobility and limit participation in your favorite activities. But simply giving up the things you love isn’t the solution.

What Our Clients Say

Disease prevention and maximizing my health potential is important to me. Connie and her national team of cellular healing specialists have taught me so much about how my body works! I've learned how to switch my body's fuel source from 'sugar burning' to 'fat burning' just by controlling what and when I eat.

Whether painful or just plain annoying, joint stiffness is categorized as tight, restricted, or impeded movement. Joint redness, tenderness, warmth, tingling, and numbness are all signs of restrained movement. Stiffness is triggered by a variety of reasons, including excessive fluid or crystals in the joint, as well as the hardening or deterioration of cartilage. Our team of personalized restorative health practitioners has multiple tools at their disposal to help you get movement into your joints.
